Empty "Sampling method" list after app unload

Describe the bug
When using Automatic 1111, if the app is unloaded by the system for resources, the "Sampling method" list will be empty when the app is reopened. It requires swiping the app from Recents to fix the problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up app for Automatic 1111
2. Use other apps for a while (or an app designed to fill RAM)
3. Return to this app

Expected behavior
The list should either remember it's previous state or the app should fetch data from the server again.
