[BUG REPORT] - playlist & autopause not working in w11 23h2

Description

new user here. i think i am supposed to open the .edl file by browsing and hitting apply. doing so is not working for me. also the autopause is enabled by default, still the gpu usage is same when i am in task manager full screen and a single file is playing. using v1.13 [everything else is working fine]

my .edl file :
E:\Gdrive\wallpapers\meditating-ghost-of-tsushima-moewalls-com.mp4,0,0
E:\Gdrive\wallpapers\night-landscape-of-night-city-cyberpunk-2077-moewalls-com.mp4,0,0
E:\Gdrive\wallpapers\windmill-in-the-storm-minecraft-moewalls-com.mp4,0,0

Steps to reproduce

1. open AutoWall v1.13
2. browse for playlist.edl and hit apply
3. ----and----
4. browse for a .mp4 file and hit apply
5. open task manager, go full screen, check gpu usage difference

Expected behavior

1. starts playing the vids one by one
   ----and----
2. auto pauses and gpu usage reduces

Actual behavior

1. nothing happens except for screen refresh (once)
   ----and----
2. gpu usage stays the same, meaning play didnt stop

pardon me if the issues i am facing is for noob mistakes, assist regarding how to solve those will be much appreciated

EDIT : i tried v1.09 and v1.11 since the download size is small. autopause works just fine there. now i can freely use live wallpapers without unnecessary power/resource consumption when it's in background. REALLY APPRICEATE THE WORK 🥇

also something i noticed in those 2 old versions, autopause only works when the ACTIVE WINDOW is in maximized. if i click on the taskbar, or open another non-maximized window on top, autopause wont work (be the background being seen or not)
