Smooth transitions for theme changes

Now, this is just a personal opinion, but I really like a nice smooth transition for my theme changes. This could be implemented by adding the following somewhere in all the scss files:

* {
  transition: 0.3s;
}

I think this would make the website look even more professional.
I won't make a pull request as I don't know if this will be accepted.

This is an interesting issue. The fact is I ever implement this feature some time ago, so it fits nicely with the transition that Bootstrap's buttons have. But then, I removed it and disable transition temporarily on the theme change because (a) @JeffaloBob didn't like it, and (b) the transition on his side didn't work as expected (#17). I also made it so it works similar to a light switch, which makes the lights off and on immediately, without any fade.

I could implement it again if the visitors of the site think that it is better to do it so.

I think that would be cool. Also don't use transition-duration: 0.3s; or whatever. Instead specify what to transtition like this:

* {
    transition: color 0.5s, background-color 0.5s, box-shadow 0.5s;
}

and whatever else you want to transition.

#17's problem can be fixed if you define a color on each and every element, instead of having it inherit.
