Debugger addon page

The debugger addon has become even more complicated with v1.44 and there is too much to explain in the setting page. A dedicated page on the website for that addon specifically would be useful, especially for those who are creating larger projects but have never used real code debugging tools before.

Once we have this, we should probably shorten the addon description and direct users to the website instead.

Reminder that there is Addon Docs, which is fit for your use case.

Addon Docs is a section under /addons/ that contains documentation for addons. It is a way for general users to learn more about a specific addon, as well as reference for further development of the addon.

I would close this in favor of #468 (since it is a general contribution call to a specific page), but I'll let it simmer for a while.
