Dengue - Enhance Sample form

Problem Description

As part of the Lux specific Dengue (#13810) changes, the symptom data form needs to be updated with Dengue-specific details

Acceptance Criteria for Samples

• Sample list should be Dengue-specific, as follows

  • Blood
  • Serum & Plasma are same
  • Plasma
  • Dried blood spot
  • EDTA whole blood
  • Urine
  • CSF
  • Saliva
  • Tissue
  • Clinical Sample (Other)

• Below pathogen tests are applicable for Dengue.

  • Nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT)

  • Antigen Detection Test

  • Antigen RDT

  • Isolation

  • RT-PCR

  • IgM Serum antibody

  • IgG Serum antibody

  • Neutralizing antibodies

  • Other

  • For NAAT, PCR, Neutralizing tests, below serotypes should display,

    • DENV-1
    • DENV-2
    • DENV-3
    • DENV-4
    • Other
    • Unknown

  • Selected serotype should display in the case form as variant.

  • For IgG serum antibody, the '4-fold increase' box is writable. And it should rename to "Seroconversion/ 4-fold increase".

  • For neutralizing antibodies, a new test field as "antibody titre" display like result details.

  • YesNo checkbox for storing the reference laboratory as "performed by reference laboratory".

  • ReTest checkbox with YesNo values. Default it to "No".
