Make references clickable or provide list

Right now, the references are just a 6 character code. It would be ideal if these codes linked to pages. Or we could maybe add a View or something which lists all of the publications used as a reference for any given source.

simple check against publications table to get bibcode which can then be appended to api call to ADS.
