Add specutils_format column to the Spectra table #656
Description
add specutils_format column to Spectra table which could then be passed to specutils.read via AstrodbKit. Could really simplify LOTS of things and encourage more formats to be added to specutils.
This could also take some load off of the "auto identify" feature in specutils. It's easier if we just specify the format.
Let's beta test here and then implement in astrodb_template:
