IDP domain name validation shouldn't be case sensitive.

I noticed if i specify an IDP url with upper case domain name, after IDP authentication, i ll get "invalid response" because the IDP url returned in the response is in lower case.

Yes, currently the validation is done case sensitive, so make sure the values match.

I will leave this open as an enhancement.
