We need the LLM to know the agent. Including RooCode version. However this info is nowhere in the context

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

1. In src/core/environment/getEnvironmentDetails.ts, retrieve the extension version from cline.providerRef.deref()?.context.extension?.packageJSON?.version (this pattern is already used elsewhere in the codebase, e.g. McpHub.ts and ClineProvider.ts).
2. Add a # Roo Code Version section to the environment details output, placed right before the # Current Mode section. The output would look like:

3. Update the existing test in src/core/environment/__tests__/getEnvironmentDetails.spec.ts to verify the version appears in the output.

This keeps it simple and consistent with how the version is already accessed elsewhere in the codebase. The version will be available to the LLM on every turn via the environment details block.
