Make a .net standard version

It would be nice if there was a .net standard version of this, because currently it resolves to .net framework v4.6.1 on .net core 2.0.

Looks like this is achievable, when I originally looked into this it would have required updating the dependency tree, now we can probably get away with not doing that.
