Step 1: MCPConfig

MCPConfig updating is done automatically.

Steps:

• Pull MCP archive
• Adjust patch headers, reorganize all patches
• Rework SRG to TSRG
• Copy joined.exc and exceptor.json files.
• Construct a config.json with choice versions of libraries.

The libraries versions are upstream dependencies, and must be recorded here before any progress can be made.
