Shouldn't have OSPRAY_INSTALL option

Here it offers to install all OSPray libraries.

They are already installed as a dependency package, no need to install them again. This would only cause problems.

This issue has not been ignored or forgotten. We are thinking about the larger dependency and cross-component install issues.
