Investigate mip as a deployment option

The latest version of microphone introduces the mip packaging manager.

Does this create new options for installing picozero?

Investigate mip and agree options.

There is useful information on micropython packaging at https://docs.micropython.org/en/latest/reference/packages.html

Options for installing via mip appear to be:

• self hosting a single file for download (this could be direct to the picozero.py file on github)
• including picozero in the micropython-lib https://github.com/micropython/micropython-lib

Other points of note, picozero should probably have a package.json. This would simplify a direct download.
