hello-ring feature

A hello-ring feature will simply provide a functionalty to inform user of room that someone is at the door (a modern version of bell).

he could be informed using a notification system (PushOver, OneSignal...) and/or SMS (BulkSMS, Twillio...)

As 2 other buttons are currently used (red / green / both red and green)
a hello button could be add.

If no card is shown during 30 seconds, an anonymous hello could be sent.
If a card is shown during this delay, a non anonymous hello (send UID and/or name of user)
