Background

The utilities should help improving RISC OS Command Line experience and should be small units of work (aka not big applications).

Definition of Done

• A list of reuested utilities is provided in TEXT format
• The list contain a name and a description of what th eutility should do (or does if it's an existing and Open Source Utility you would like like to see in this collection)
• The description of the utility is for a single feature or a really small set of features offered by a single program

When you have completed your task (make sure your request file is called Requests_name where name is your name/nick etc) , open a Pull Request to the develop branch and ask for a review from the code-review team, thanks!
