Optional parameters (a later concern)

Example: in Taboot land you can run several variants of the same command:

``` yaml
 - puppet.Run
 - puppet.Run: {noop: true}
 - puppet.Run: {server: puppet.foo.bar.com, noop: true}
```

Using our config file syntax, this is no longer an option. Something to think about in the future.
