Do we wont have a better documentation - something like PP-AFM has here: https://probeparticlemodel.readthedocs.io/en/main/ ?
Anyway, are some parts of the code missing enough of documentation? @LauriKurki @shayanEdalatmanesh @Probe-Particle/stm - let me know guys, while I still am around here and remember things (There is a possibility that since 2025 I will be out of accademia ... , so you should rather hurry),
