Save ROIs during batch processing #23
Description
Hello, I'm wondering whether it is possible save the detections to ROI-manager using the batch processing macro script. It is possible to add detections to ROI-manager using the "Interactive" and "Advanced" interface, but I would like to save the ROIs during batch processing too. Thank you.
