ability to highlight entire line and not just text

at the moment when using toggleHighlightOfEditableAreas only text is able to be highlighted. It would be great for cases where an editable area is an empty line to be able to highlight the entire line so it could be a different style even when empty.

As you already have the range, it would be much easier to use the native Monaco editor API to add those custom styles for your usecase
