Steps to reproduce

in vs code terminal when i clic the up arrow there is a error in the terminal

Expected behavior

not have the terminal is running fine but there is a error is been dispayed

Actual behavior

just the error msg have been poped up

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.5 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
