[Bug]: Can't do anything with JS files after being connected to a Env. Right clicking or clicking on a file does nothing. I have a folder open already. There are red icons next to the JS files with X on them

Have you linked the local file first it should then turn green on the Dataverse Tools window and you can upload using smart match or right click menu on your local file.
