[Feature] Time extension for excessive amount of megaboop attempts

Describe the feature

A system that extends the megaboop timeout beyond 24h if people keep spamming the command, even though they've already used up their daily megaboop.

Why would you like this feature to be added?

The Gala server is currently being spammed with megaboop attempts (and Canni's refusal to megaboop again).

potential alternate solution, delete the original message and canni's refusal replies (and maybe all cooldown/error related messages get the same treatment?) after a set period of time? it solves the spam problem and is a bit easier to implement probably but doesn't really solve the excessive attempts (spammy) problem though >~<
