the bot would delete your message and commit the assumed command when you reply to a post with user mention ON, and your reply starts with "boop", "hug" or "bap"

I don't think I can fix this one yet.
After looking through the Discord.js code at a glance, it looks like they do not yet expose the REPLY message type but declare a reply message as type DEFAULT instead, leaving me with no reliable way to discriminate between the two message types at the moment.

this would probably need to be fixed by updating to discord.js v13, which i think first-class supports the replies thing
