Liberty Garden should not be a location in Electrode's encounters #1472
Description
Found this issue while using "https://pokeapi.co/api/v2/pokemon/101/encounters".
There is an encounter listed for the area "liberty-garden-lighthouse-basement", listing the version as ruby. There is no Liberty Garden in ruby version.
Electrode is also not able to be encountered in Liberty Garden in any game where Liberty Garden exists.
