Add Alternatives to electron.

add a option to compile projects as a PWA (with an option to add/edit the service worker) and with Tauri or an alternative.

Tauri would be ideal but i dont believe it's outputs can be generated in a browser, the packager could probably only make a tauri project and you'd have to compile it yourself
