Thanks for the greate work from @nVitius , there has an pre-alpha version vue-infinite-loading@3.0.0-alpha.0-0 base on the #312 branch, as the temporary way for Vue.js 3.0 projects. PR #312 still need some time to be reviewed.

It would be better if you could test it with your projects and feedback :D
