for the errata - reactor start method heading mistakenly points runtime.rs as the place to put the snippet

The location of the start method has a minor mistake where it says the snippet should go in :

intead of ch08/b-reactor-executor/src/runtime/reactor.rs

Thanks, that's a big motivation for me. We can just leave this open as I will go through all issues and make sure they're resolved in the second edition :)
