⚙️ [Maintenance]: Align workflows across action repositories (#13)

This pull request makes minor updates to the release workflow
configuration, mainly updating action names and versions for clarity and
maintenance.

- Workflow improvements:
* Renamed the step from "Checkout Code" to "Checkout repo" in
`.github/workflows/Release.yml` for clearer step naming.
* Updated the `PSModule/Release-GHRepository` GitHub Action from version
`v2.0.1` to `v2.0.2` for the release step to ensure the latest fixes and
features are used.
