Fixes (#8)

## Description

This pull request includes several updates to configuration files and
workflows, primarily focused on improving code linting, formatting, and
workflow execution. The most important changes include updates to
`.gitattributes`, the addition of linter configuration files,
modifications to GitHub Actions workflows, and updates to the
`action.yml` and `scripts/main.ps1` files.
