Error inserting observations

Below is the error that is raised when calling SaveChanges on the DbContext after adding all of the observation fact entities.

Store update, insert, or delete statement affected an unexpected number of rows (0). Entities may have been modified or deleted since entities were loaded. Refresh ObjectStateManager entries

Are we sure the values are getting deleted before hand?

I assume you mean cleaning out the observation_facts...
Yes, there are no facts in the table from the import.
