The source of the ERROR: failed to connect to DB as root, please provide or fix the 'database_admin_url'

Hello team ~
Could you please provide the source file with this ERROR message. This was only used in opensipscli,but I couldn't find it in source code. With Ubuntu 26.04 it became SegmentFault, and Ubuntu 24.04 the above Message was received under the command,'database create'.
I have no problem to access MySQL with root, and there is also a config file. Besides I don't want to use docker right now.

Ok, I got my problem resolved by changing the MySQL_plugin of the root from 'auth_socket' to 'caching_sha2_password'. It also works with Ubuntu 26.04. It's a same issue I met before. But I still want to know how ERROR message edited.Is it in SQLAlchemy or Utils,many thanks!
