Can't open NBS anymore

Describe the bug
After installing Beta Version I can no longer open NBS

Platform
Windows 10

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to OLD NBS version
2. Click on Preferences
3. Mark up "Download test versions or smth"
4. Load new version
5. Open NBS
6. Get an error and get kicked
