Optifine patches aren't being detected with nea89o's template

The following issue occurs when using a freshly downloaded copy of Optifine 1.8.9.

I have tried using a 1.8.8 freshly downloaded version and an actual extracted version. Neither of them fix this issue.

I once got the following message and the issue went away with the fresh copy downloaded the same day. But again, the issue still persists and the window hasn't popped up again.

The previous issue was indeed fixed. But the optifine .jar isn't being detected as a non-patched one (see logs for reference), and again, once the window attached to the issue was closed, it seemed to run fine. However this has only occurred once and I wonder if there are any issues detecting the patches inside the .jar.

The minecraft jars do no longer give any issues, the optifine .jar does now.
