Add documentation for scaffolding #25
Description
The help documentation does not currently contain documentation for:
- Customizing the transformation of entities into a logic model.
- Define a relationship between a custom type definition and a physical database implementation.
- adjust a type like VARCHAR (how can we drive the number of characters in a VARCHAR ?)
