[Guest Page Improvements] - Gantt Page

Description

We need a mobile friendly gantt page to display to guests. The page should show roughly two months at a time and 3-4 teams on a full-screen page to avoid overcrowding.

Acceptance Criteria

• Mobile friendly
• Matches mock

Proposed Solution

Look into the way that the gantt chart currently controls sizing. Fix the work package stages (research,design,manufacturing, etc.) so they are all visible, and mobile users do not need to scroll.
