Description
In the BOM table, when a material has a linked Reimbursement Request, display the RR number as a clickable link that navigates to that RR's detail page.
Acceptance Criteria
- BOM table has an "RR #" column
- For materials with a linked RR: shows the RR identifier as a clickable link
- Clicking the link navigates to the RR detail page
- Link styling is consistent with other links in the application
