Update NWB Community Tools catalog #142
Description
There were several open issues on the nwb-overview repo for adding community-built tools with NWB integrations to our catalog. Creating this as an umbrella issue to keep track, we now also have updated the instructions on contributing to the catalog and can point developers to that page.
