Cluster and module_uuid based hash key

Proposed solution

Implement a unique hash key based on the cluster and module_uuid for proper identification and referencing in NS8 core infrastructure. This solution has been introduced via the following pull request:
NethServer/ns8-core#1088

Alternative solutions

Alternative approaches could include using only one of the properties or a different composite key, but these may not ensure uniqueness across all deployments and modules.
