NethVoice CTI: Crashes on manual click2call when user has only a physical phone configured #7889

Description

When starting an outbound call from NethVoice CTI using a physical desk phone as the main/only device (no other devices configured for the user), the call is actually placed on the phone, but the CTI UI “crashes” and shows an error. In browser devtools, the failing request is the call API (Network preview/response empty).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open NethVoice CTI and log in with a user that has only a physical phone configured (no WebRTC / no other devices).
  2. Ensure the physical phone is set as the main device.
  3. From CTI, start an outbound call (manual click2call).
  4. Observe the CTI page right after clicking to place the call.

Expected behavior

CTI should keep working normally and show the correct call state when placing a call via manual click2call using the physical phone.

Actual behavior

The physical phone places the call, but the CTI UI goes into error / crashes; the call API request fails (empty Network preview/response).
