What do you want to work on?

I want to add Groq as a new inference provider.

Why this change?

Since it offers a free, OpenAI-compatible option, we might test it in the sandbox first.

If Groq is fully OpenAI compatible, we prefer to use the existing openai provider and overload the env variables, see: https://docs.nvidia.com/openshell/latest/sandboxes/manage-providers.html#supported-inference-providers
