Add demo of Lexcube

Lexcube is a data viz library for rendering "data cube" (multi-dimensional, gridded, fixed-domain) from Xarray as an interactive 3D cube to explore patterns along any three dimensions or animate time evolution.

It's mostly a gimmick, I think, but maybe more.

We should add a simple demo notebook (adapting one of theirs), to enable our target users to find out.

• Added notebook that demonstrates Lexcube rendering of a VEDA dataset

After reading the docs a little more, I'm pretty sure this works in a similar way to lonboard which raises a bigger concern than does it work, how much data will it egress to visualize a data cube in this manner? The docs says it's pretty aggressive with caching, and any panning and zooming will basically call compute on the xarray object. Is this antithetical to lazy loading?

Yeah, pretty sure that the animation etc. requires a lot of pre-loading.
