[NAM 50] Flipped tile on Blue Suspension RHW-4 and RHW-3 bridge #523

Describe the bug
The final tile of the RHW-4S Blue Suspension Bridge (and also RHW-3) is flipped, both the texture and the paths are reversed compared to what was expected.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Draw the bridge
- See the flipped texture
- Enable drawpaths and see the flipped paths

Functional RHW-4S bridge
