Seg_fault on Leonardo with mpi_file_read_all

On Leonardo, there is a problem with MPI_FILE_READ_ALL (readfields.f90).
This gives a seg fault using less than 32 nodes (due to network configuration?).

Easy fix: replace MPI_FILE_READ_ALL with MPI_FILE_READ
