SSR: Generate Types through asset

Right now the mobilitydatabase-web repo copy and pastes the .yml files used to generate types. Manually copy and pasting is not a great strategy for long term maintenance. It should consume a url for automatic latest updates

Blocked: Mobility-feeds-api will need to generate the `.yml` files as assets to consume
