Consider this a general todo list, should probably split this out into separate issues.

• Code cleanup, separation of responsibilities
  • Rename the main plugin class file (Class1.cs)
  • Use a partial class to move the UI out to a separate file
  • Move TTS responsibility to its own class
• Make the arguments to the executable configurable
  • Maybe allow the user to specify a string with named placeholders for argument list?
• Handle other exceptions for TTS process, e.g. if it gets killed/segfaults then invoking .Kill may throw an exception.

This was mostly resolved with 0741ac0, still need some work on exception handling.
