I have subscribed to a package and topped up my account balance, but I now need to request a refund for the unused portion. However, I found that there is no clear option on your official website to process this refund or to issue an invoice for the top-up amount.
Additionally, I have tried to contact your customer support through the provided channels (including email), but received no response at all. As a last resort, I'm reaching out here via GitHub.
This lack of communication and poor after-sales service has been very frustrating. I hope you can provide assistance as soon as possible.
