Incorrect links on Documentation

Links in the Remarks section still go to UWP documentation. CoreIndependentInputSource
Also the third paragraph in the Remarks section describes using CoreDispatcher and ProcessEvents using the Dispatcher property, but there's no Dispatcher property on the WinUI's InputPointerSource.
