[Suggestion] nametag module additions

Describe the feature

• a toggle to switch between the clients custom font and the one which the rest of the game uses (resource pack font)
• a toggle switch for dynamic and static nametags (resize on distance change)

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

You can disable Cutom Font in the config tab, idk if this will work with nametags, probably yes
