Small page / tool required for configuring the gamepads.

During the development of #195, I noticed how much of a pain the game is with today's browsers with the gamepads of mine that could support the feature....it is terrible! They are malfunctioning to a degree I even classify as bug. A small page for setting (default) keys is required in my point of view. Also, the axis! The steering is beyond bad,..
