feature: center code block title #591

When a code block is a bit big in width, the code block title gets too far to the right (i don't like it on the left as much):
Describe the solution you'd like
Right now we can have the code block's title position be either left or right, but it would be great to center align it too. I know it must be hard (if not impossible). But thought of putting it out there
